DEPORTATION

Facing deportation can be devastating, especially, if you have family in the United States, lived here quite for a while, have strong ties to the community or will be persecuted in your country of origin. There are certain instances upon which you might be deported, including but not limited to violating the terms of your nonimmigrant visa by overstaying in the U.S., committing a crime of moral turpitude, committing document fraud, or getting into fraudulent marriage arrangement to get a status.  Contact us if you are facing deportation.
