This firm was founded by the immigrant herself. Aynur Baghirzade was born in Baku, Azerbaijan and immigrated to the United States in 2016 under EB-2 NIW visa category - as a professional with advanced degree (a person with outstanding abilities). Life of the immigrant inspired her to study Immigration Law in order to help others.

Aynur Baghirzade has a first degree in Law from Baku State University (in Azerbaijan), which she graduated with Honors and L.L.M. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of California.

She  is fluent in English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani.
